Introduction

The dialysis unit, as the largest unit in Hazrat Abul Fazl Medical Center, with a total of 86 beds and 66 active beds, provides treatment services for patients suffering from chronic renal failure. This unit consists of two floors and 4 separate rooms, and it is ready for use in 3 shifts: morning, evening and night. All the workers in this center are the most experienced medical staff. Complete patient visits according to the monthly routine schedule and get the required medical services. In every shift, the internal medicine doctor visits the patients monthly, tests are sent to the patients according to the instructions of the vice president for treatment, and at the end of the entire shift, all the patients are visited by the alcoholic doctor. According to the order of the respected alcoholic doctor, the patients who need psychological and nutritional counseling services receive counseling services in the presence of experienced experts.
