Hazrat Abolfazl (AS) Medical-Specialized Center affiliated with Hazrat Abolfazl (AS) Health-Medical Charity Association with the aim of providing desirable medical services to patients and other clients and with due regard to the principle of priority of prevention over treatment in various specialized and sub-specialized units including 1- Dialysis Department 2- Specialized and sub-specialized clinic including sub-specialty of kidney/cardiology/pediatrics/ophthalmology and… 3- Dentistry Department 4- Radiology Department 5- Laboratory Department, was established in 2017 with the participation of respected donors and the esteemed Hazrat Abolfazl (AS) Charity Association. After the completion of the construction operation and issuance of the operating license, its first phase including the hemodialysis department, specialized and sub-specialized clinic and pharmacy began operating. In 2018, other paraclinical departments began operating with patient-centered approach and with respect for the patient’s rights charter and with the aim of providing quality services in all fields. After that, the center is now working towards achieving the major goals of the center, in line with the goals and strategies of the charity association and in compliance with the principles of Accreditation has taken steps to improve the quality of services in all departments, especially the hemodialysis department. It is hoped that with the help of God Almighty and the participation of respected benefactors, the center will be able to implement the improvement programs and major goals in the coming year and take a big step towards reducing the suffering of clients and patients, especially respected dialysis patients. And in this way, while fulfilling our duty towards patients and the needy, we will strive to gain divine satisfaction and be favored by the Imam of the Age (a.s.), under whose shadow we are all under the shadow of his guardianship.
